About the Couple
Cody and Amanda met when they were just 15 years old. Despite being very young and naïve they were deeply in love. After high school despite the fact that they headed in opposite directions their relationship continued to blossom. 10 years flew by, and at that time Cody knew there was no one else he would rather spend his life with. Planning their wedding was the fun part.
Cody is a dairy farmer, and Amanda comes from a local vegetable farm so they knew incorporating a country theme into their wedding was a must. After finding a local venue the next step was a caterer to handle the “farm to table” theme. After their first meeting with a planner at Old Daley Amanda and Cody knew they had made the right choice when it comes to a caterer. Amanda proposed ideas of using corn and vegetables from her father’s farm as well as vintage place settings, and we were able to bring all of their great ideas to reality in order to tie all of the little details together to make their day extra special. “The best part about our wedding day was Old Daley Catering, everyone we had the chance to work with took the time to make sure we were able to enjoy our food, decorations and all of the activities we spent so much time planning. Our wedding was everything that we had planned and much much more” states Amanda.

About the Couple
This blissful couple tied the knot on January 2nd, 2016 at Old Daley on Crooked Lake. Their wedding party consisted of six women and seven men, all family and high school best friends of the couple.
Each part of their special day was celebrated in a different room. The girls got ready in the bridal suite, while the guys used the grooms suite. Their ceremony was in the great room, romantically designed by the staff of Surrounding’s Floral. Draping over the windows and candle light enhanced the wintry feel. After Cocktail Hour in the Oak Room, they and their guests danced the night away in the ballroom.
“Choosing Old Daley on Crooked Lake as our venue was easy. It is absolutely beautiful, full of elegance, charm and history. Its history happens to be particularly special to us. My parents and my grandparents both were married there, and we wanted to be a part of such a special tradition” affirms Alisandra.
